Del Dickson

ATTORNEY AT LAW

Del Dickson practices in the areas of adoption, surrogacy/assisted reproduction, private guardian ad litem, custody, divorce, parentage, enforcement, child support, protective orders, and more. He joined LJ Law because of its commitment to taking a child-centered and family-focused approach to its cases. Prior to developing his family law practice, Del served as the Special Assistant United States in the Central District of California, and also served as the Law Clerk for the Hon. Dale S. Fischer in the Central District of California. In addition to these experiences, he also has litigated numerous complex civil cases on matters such as employment discrimination, wage-and-hour representative actions, and intellectual property.

Del graduated from Harvard Law School in 2007 and prior to law school, graduated from Pomona College with a B.A. in Politics in 2004.

Del lives with his husband Kirk, their two amazing daughters, and their two dogs in Millcreek. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, traveling, and cooking.

Del’s retainer costs range from $5,000 – $10,000.

HOBBIES

Nonie enjoys spending time with her husband Matthew in their new home in Park City, Utah and exploring Utah. Both Nonie and Matthew come to Utah from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Nonie is a devoted yogi and she has been routinely practicing yoga since 2012. Nonie loves the outdoors and she is a passionate skier, hiker, and mountain bike rider. During the summer months, Nonie and Matthew enjoy camping, fishing and traveling throughout the West as much as possible in Matthew’s truck. Nonie also loves to travel the world with friends and family. Nonie has two brothers, Patrick and Michael who are her best friends and she has not been able to talk them into leaving the beach for Utah … yet. Nonie is an avid chef and she enjoys spending her week-nights cooking healthy meals for her family and friends. Nonie also enjoys the beach (where she grew up), watching volleyball (although she used to play in College), basketball, football and hockey, watching movies and Netflix and HBO series, decorating her house, decorating anyone’s house, yard work, wine, good books, trying new restaurants, the Florida Keys, craft cocktails, hosting dinner parties, live music, old records, Montana, brunch, Christmas, planning her wedding, farmer’s markets, and working out.
